ACV contains high levels of potassium, which aids in regulating blood pressure by balancing sodium levels, according to the American Heart Association. Magnesium is also found in apple cider vinegar, which relaxes the walls of your blood vessels, which decreases hypertension.
Relieve Muscle Cramps
Generally muscle cramps are a result of a lack of vitamin E, calcium and magnesium. Drink a regular elixir of 2 to 3 tsp. of apple cider vinegar and 1 tsp. of honey in 8 oz. of warm water.
